TALid creates opportunities by identifying and developing talented sports men and women, including those who excel academically, from rural and urban communities.

TALid believes in the holistic development of people and when a young athlete is identified for future success in sport or business, we want to lead them towards a changed need and a changed perspective. We want to identify, nurture, and build a child with healthy core values that will return to his or her community as a role model for the youth and a leader for our nation. It is for this reason that the primary mandate is firstly to identify talent and then develop the core (heart) of every young individual. This will be achieved through three equally important areas of development namely:
